"Dear Mr. Schwartz, I want to start by apologizing for the negative experience you had with our office. We take your feedback seriously, and I assure you that we strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. I understand your frustrations and I want to address each of your concerns: 1. Regarding the incorrect property address in the system, I apologize for any confusion or uncertainty this may have caused. It was an oversight on our part on being one digit off on the address, and I apologize for not rectifying the issue promptly. It was an apparent error on our side, thus coverage would have been extended if something were to occur. Regardless, we should have taken immediate action to correct the error and provide you with the necessary assurance. I assure you that we will review our internal processes to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. I was able to locate an email you sent in 2023 and apologize for not responding. Please know our office is always available to address concerns with our policy holders as well. 2. I did some investigation concerning this matter further and could not find any emails or notes of your outreach to cancel the policy. I have all of the emails dating back to 2022 and found that we addressed all your concerns at that time. I was not able to locate any emails in 2024. However, if we missed something; I would be happy to address any concerns that were not addressed. 3. In regards to your pricing; regrettably we have no control over pricing. There are many variables that dictate pricing both with State Farm and other carriers. What I can say is that we will always do what we can to provide the best price possible. I understand that you felt I was overly friendly and talkative during our interactions. Our approach with our policy holders is to build rapport with customers, get to know them so we can address any needs and simply be there for them on a personal & professional level. We understand that everyone has different preferences. I apologize if this made you uncomfortable. I hire for personality & the desire to care for others and I act in the same fashion. I understand that we might not be the best suited for your business preferences.
